Location Ghent, Flanders

The seminar was aimed at project developers in the process of creating project ideas for the new programme period.

Transnational Project Development Seminar and Partner Search event: Getting ready for the new programme

The purpose of the seminar was to provide insights into the background and logic of the new programme and to explain the expectations new projects will have to meet in terms of content development, implementation and results orientation.

Simplification and harmonisation have been key areas for the development of the new programmes. The seminar highlighted the changes in comparison to the IVB period and presented the new elements within the administrational framework.

Besides providing the required background information to develop new projects the other main element of the seminar was to provide the opportunity for project developers to ask questions, to present their ideas and to meet potential partners from around the North Sea region.

The seminar took place in Ghent, Flanders on 17 and 18 September.
