Project communications should be web-based, i.e. the project website should be the main tool to inform about the project and to communicate its activities and outcomes. Being web-based means keeping the production of print materials to a minimum. For any printed project materials, you should keep sustainability and cost-efficiency in mind (e.g. by print on demand/just in time).
