North Sea Programme Leaflet
A brief introduction to the Programme.
Progress Report
This recent publication documents the achievements of the North Sea Programme and the outcomes of the projects to date. The report concludes that the North Sea Programme is successful in delivering result. In addition, there is evidence to support the idea that the impact of projects goes well beyond target indicators.
Synthesis Report
This synthesis report, which summarises five studies carried out as part of the Spatial Agenda process, will sit alongside and complement the new programme to guide future cooperation activities.

Programme Complement

The key document for project partners. The Programme Complement explains how projects are assessed and gives more detail on the indicators used to monitor them. It includes a more detailed description of the priorities and measures and the actions that could be taken under each of them. It ends with a discussion of administrative issues.

The North Sea Community Initiative Program

This document explains the basis on which the programme was established. It describes the eligible area and the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats identified in the area (the SWOT analysis). It describes how the programme will address these issues and lists the priorities and measures, and the indicators used to evaluate project and programme performance. It ends with a description of the administration and financial management of the programme.

Norvision

8 MegaBytes!

The European Spatial Development Perspective (ESDP) identified key themes and suggested measures for the future sustainable spatial development of Europe. Norvsion was developed as part of the North Sea Region IIC Programme and relates the ESDP to the context of the North Sea Region. It is a key document and describes the existing state of spatial development and suggests directions for future progress

Application Form and Guide

Applications under the Interreg IIIB North Sea Programme are no longer possible. We refer to the new Interreg IVB Programme.

All applicants should read the Advice to Applicants leaflet before filling in the application form. In addition, it is recommended that applicants who are not familiar with the programme also download the Programme Complement, Community Initiative Programme and NorVision, as these are essential for filling in the application form properly. You can order the application pack containing all these documents in the order by mail section.
