Measure 4.3 Risk management strategies for coastal areas prone to disasters and natural threats and for the North Sea This Measure is concerned with the risk management for coastal areas and the North Sea itself, in particular the prevention of and the dealing with disasters. Projects submitted under this Measure are expected to contribute in a significant way towards: - Improving risk management.
