Publicity Publicity Centre Welcome to the Interreg IIIB North Sea Programme publicity centre! With 70 projects approved and operational through the Programme, the use of publicity and communication are essential. They provide the most important channels through which to broadcast stories about projects to a wide range of media, representatives from all levels of government and other related stakeholders. In order to achieve efficient communication, commitment from all projects is necessary. The projects also differ in size, cover a multitude of themes and have set aside different size of budgets to carry out dissemination activities. This additional section to our Programme website has two main purposes. Firstly, to provide projects with further support and guidance on how they can set up their communication strategies, which provide the backbone for effective and efficient publicity and dissemination of information about the projects. Secondly, to enable the promotion of important results and outcomes, inform as well as find out what the other projects funded through the Programme are doing. This process will facilitate further the sharing of knowledge and experience and future collaboration amongst projects. Publicity material from the Programme concerning projects, a publicity toolkit, as well as information about upcoming project events and their successful stories, photographs and more are available for the first time in one place in order to strengthen the transnational nature of the programme and highlight the importance of working together. The Publicity Centre needs to be a lively, up-to-date entity and further contribution is necessary. You can help us by: - Providing information about upcoming events related to your projects where you would like to invite others to participate;
- Provide interesting stories, which illustrate and are a “selling point” for transnational cooperation;
- Keep sending photos in order to enrich continuously the update of the current collection with high quality images of your work in progress or achievements.
For suggestions and recommendations about this section please contact the Publicity and Communications Unit at the Secretariat.
