Closing a Project Closing a Project Once your partnership has completed all of its project activities, you must produce and submit a final report to the Secretariat. Throughout the lifetime of the project you will have completed and submitted bi-annual activity reports to the Programme Secretariat. The information provided in these reports enabled the Secretariat to monitor the projects performance both in terms of finance and through the activities undertaken. The final report focuses less on project activities and concentrates primarily on the results and impacts of those activities. The final report for your project will consist of two sections: - Section 1 - Financial section provides the Secretariat with detailed information about the financial aspects of the project.
- Section 2 - Activity, results and dissemination section provides questions, which enable the Secretariat to obtain detailed information about the results of your project and determine its long-term impacts.
The Secretariat will send you a template filled in with the figures relevant to your project before the end of the project and you have to complete it with the correct data and information within three months after project closure. Useful Links
