The third Lead Beneficiary Seminar took place on 29 and 30 September in Antwerp, Belgium. The seminar was arranged as a lunch-to-lunch event at the Golden Tulip Antwerp Centre Hotel in Antwerp.

During the seminar, the Secretariat staff gave an update on the Programme and offered practical help related to the management of a NSRP project. The Lead Beneficiary, the Finance Manager, the Publicity and Communications Manager, as well as the First Level Controller of each project had been invited to participate.
