Partnerships - With whom do you work?  How is the cooperation organised?  Were any agreements achieved?  Did you involve new partners/stakeholders?

Finance - Where do funds come from?  Are funds available as planned?  Have things gone to plan?

Policy - Is there a clear underlying policy for your activities?  Did policy change during the project?

Evaluation - Did you use special techniques to assess our process and your results?
