Full Partners Meeting
Registration Information
Dear LNS member,
We hereby invite you for the Living North Sea Partner meeting in Odense, Denmark 24 th - 26 th May 2011. The meeting will take place at Odense Municipaliti at Odense Castle.
Please check that all the members from your organization is on the guestlist. If not please pass it on!
Programme
A provisionary Programme is included.
The meeting will start on the 24 th of May with Arrival Lunch/sandwich from 12:00 - 13:30 at the hotel.
The meeting will end on the 26 th of May at 13:15.
(The meeting is preceded by a meeting of the Steering Group on Tuesday morning 10 - 12, May 24).
Hotel
For hotel accommodation we have made pre-reservations in Hotel Plaza, Odense

We will confirm the booking to the hotel, if you reply as discribed under "Register for the meeting".
Travel
If you arrive by plane via Copenhagen Airport, you can get a train from the airport to Odense station. Trains leave regularly and travel time is
approx 1.5 - 2 hours. I understand from Alistair, that people from the UK most likely are flying in to Copenhagen. From the trainstation you have a 10 min. walk to the hotel. On the 26 th train to Copenhagen will depart from Odense 13:45 and 14:08.
