At the first day the Social Maturity Measure (www.socialmediamaturity.eu) was launched as well as the Social Media Game (www.socialmediagame.net).
On the second day, the deputy prime minister of Belgium, Mr Alexander De Croo, also minsiter of the Digital Agenda, gave a inspirational speech on Open Data and challenged (female) entrepreneurs, local governments and academics to embrace the new digital reality. Mr De Croo then signed the "Open Data Charter - We are open by Default", that was developed as part of the project. The charter also was signed by the Opening Up partners, European Open Knowledge Foundations, academic organisations, national organisations of local authorities, and Open Data entrepreneurs.
