The Tenth Call for Applications will open on 17th February and close on 17 March 2014.

It will be a targeted and limited Call for Applications with a focus on communication for already approved projects of the Programme. Specific limitations and restrictions will apply.

A guidance note will be published shortly and it will be possible to submit projects ideas, for feedback via telephone conference calls, prior to the opening of the Call.
