The first edition of our newsletter THE UPSHOT is now available online. We will be sending out THE UPSHOT to our stakeholders regularly to keep them informed about the results of the Programme’s projects as they come to a close. The first edition highlights the results of the NS FRITS and POWER Cluster projects.

Thanks to the system developed by the NS FRITS project, being stuck in traffic with idle engines or risking theft or physical assaults in insecure parking spots no longer has to be part of the job for commercial drivers in the North Sea Region.

POWER Cluster brought together 18 project partners from six North Sea Region countries in the endeavour to secure the region’s status as the world’s best at offshore wind energy – and closed the project by handing over a declaration to European Commissioner for Regional Policy, which illustrated the partners’ lasting commitment to help tackle the key challenges faced by the industry.
