Most of the Secretariat communication to Project Beneficiaries and First Level Controllers is now delivered by e-mail.

To ensure that the contacts in all projects are kept up-to-date with new guidelines and information, please check and make sure the Secretariat has the current email addresses on record for all Beneficiaries and First Level Controllers.

The Secretariat would appreciate if all Lead Beneficiaries would take the time to check and update all relevant e-mail addresses in the Monitoring System over the next few weeks.
