Steering Committee meeting No. 6 was held 7-8 June in Kiel, Germany. At the meeting, the Steering Committee decided about the applications received under the 6th Call for Applications, which was open from 14 February to 14 March.

Decisions from SC 6
A total of 17 applications were received under the 6th Call, among them eleven full applications, one application for extension and five cluster applications.

The Steering Committee approved eight applications: four full applications, one application for extension and three cluster applications.

All Lead Beneficiaries will be informed of the decision of the Steering Committee by mail. The approved projects will be made public subsequent to the information to the projects.

Prior to the Call, approximately 82 per cent of the funding available was allocated to 46 projects. After Steering Committee No. 6, approximately 90 per cent of the funding available has been allocated to 53 projects, of which three are cluster projects.

Lead Beneficiary Seminar
A Lead Beneficiary Seminar for the approved projects is planned for autumn 2011. More details to come.

Next Call for Application
The 7th Call for Applications will be open from 5 September to 3 October 2011. More information will be made available on the Programme website in good time before the opening of the Call.
