A guidance about the "On-the-spot verifications" discussed at the recent First Level Control seminars is now online.

The document refers to Appendix 7A for beneficiaries and 8A (for Lead Beneficiaries) of the Manual for First Level Control. It provides First Level Controllers with a background and explanations concerning the on-the-spot checks they have to carry out as part of the periodic reporting.
