In the context of the European Union Sustainable Energy Week, a seminar on off-shore wind energy in the North Sea will be held at Norway House, Brussels.

Titled Winds of Change in the North Sea: The industrial, societal and governance challenges of implementing off-shore wind energy, the event will take place at Norway House, Brussels, on 13 April from 3 to 7pm.

Representatives from local government, civil society and the wind energy industry from the UK, Denmark and Norway will present their views on the industrial, societal and governance challenges of implementing off-shore wind energy in the region.

The event will be co-arranged by the Essex County Council, Central Denmark Region, Mid-Norway Region and West Norway Region Partnership.
