13 Programmes - 1 Goal: to Improve Quality of Life in European Regions!
The 13 transnational European Territorial Cooperation (ETC) programmes will organise a joint conference on 15 and 16 September 2011. The event aims to highlight the benefits of transnational cooperation for the future.

The conference will take place in Katowice, Poland, as the country holds the EU presidency in the 2nd half of 2011, and will be hosted by the Polish Ministry of Regional Development. 

Attendance at the venue in Katowice will be by invitation only. However, there will also be the possibility to follow the event online.
