Tender for Ongoing Evaluation
The Programme invites evaluation professionals to submit bids for its ongoing evaluation scheme. Background information and details can be found in the Terms of Reference (ToR) and in the Annex (Evaluation Plan).

The Programme carries out an ongoing evaluation as a key business tool to understand the strengths and weaknesses of the current work procedures. The evaluation should assess the existing strategy, management and implementation of the Programme and suggest relevant amendments.

Interested evaluators are advised to read the documents in detail before drafting and submitting an evaluation bid.

All bids submitted by 28 February 2011 will be assessed, provided they meet the formal criteria. Bids should be marked "ToR – Specified Themes for Evaluation of the North Sea Region Programme 2007 – 2013". Please send one paper copy to:
