A workshop to prepare both regular and cluster project proposals will take place 13 January in Malmö, Sweden (less than 20 minutes from Kastrup Airport in Copenhagen by train). The venue will be announced shortly.

Advice on regular project ideas and cluster ideas
The workshop will provide participants with an opportunity to meet staff from the Secretariat and the National Contact Points to get advice regarding submitting a project for the Call for Applications opening 14 February 2011. Information about documents and guidance relevant for the Call will also be given at the event.

Request individual meetings
It will also be possible to request individual project meetings with Secretariat staff and the contact points as well as to book time and space for internal project idea meetings.

Please note that such meetings must be booked with the Secretariat beforehand.

Dinner 12 January
There will be a dinner for early arrivals in the evening of 12 January. All project developers and clusters are welcome to attend – including representatives from new projects.
