Representatives from the Secretariat presented the Best Collaboration Awards 2010 at the Creative City Challenge project conference Fostering Creativity within Cities.
First prize went to Wischmann Innovation and the Danish Artist Foundation, Denmark who had developed an initiative to deploy artists in traditional enterprises, making them more professional and bridging the gap between culture and economy.
The Best Collaboration awards were given to initiatives that promote special collaboration between traditional industries and the creative industries. An international jury chose five award winners representing countries from within the North Sea Region.
The event was organised in the framework of the Kortrijk Innovation Festival. Find further information about the award winners and the conference here.
