Monitoring Committee meeting No 5 was held in Malmö, Sweden, 28-29 October. The following decisions relevant for projects and external stakeholders were taken.

Fifth Call in spring 2010
The fifth Call for Applications will take place in spring 2010. The call will open on 1 March and close on 7 April. The fifth call will be open to all priorities and areas of intervention of the Programme.

The online application form will be open for entries soon, i.e. applicants have the possibility to enter information before the opening of the call.

Annual Conference 2010
The Annual Conference 2010 will be held in Stavanger, Norway. Venue and dates tbc. As in previous years it will be a joint event together with the North Sea Commission.

Fact Sheet Changes
A number of Fact Sheets have been changed to clarify issues of concern and incorporate relevant changes in the administration of the Programme. The changes were approved and a new set of Fact sheets will posted on the Programme website shortly.
