The final programme for the Transnational Cooperation Seminar on "Integrated Regional Development - Declining and Expanding Areas in the North Sea Region" is now available.

The event will take place on 20 and 21 January 2009 in Leeuwarden in the Netherlands. It will address current developments and future perspectives for urban and rural areas, focusing on the added value of transnational cooperation addressing issues relating to declining and expanding areas.
