The North Sea Region Programme will organise a Transnational Cooperation Seminar on Integrated Regional Development, 20-21 January 2009 in Leeuwarden, the Netherlands.

The title of the event is “Declining and Expanding Areas in the North Sea Region”. It will address issues related to rural and urban development and the possibilities to tackle such issues through the Programme and transnational cooperation.

There will be opportunity to present and discuss project ideas.
