The North Sea Region Programme project DC Noise launch conference will take place in the Netherlands on October 8th.

DC Noise will address issues of demographic change, with 9 regions in the North Sea area working together on the project.

It is one of the first projects in the 2007-2013 Programme to start its activities. There are 17 approved projects under the current programming period, a number which is expected to go up after the assessments and decisions following the third Call for Applications which will close 29 September.
