Christian Byrith was formally appointed new Head of Secretariat at the Monitoring Committee meeting no 2, which was held 28-29 of February in Northampton, UK.

Christian has been with the Secretariat for several years and held the position as Finance Manager and Acting Head of Secretariat prior to his new appointment.
