In order for the Secretariat to have the time to process applications submitted for pre-assessment before the 2nd Call for Applications, the pre-assessment will close on Friday the 25 of January. Applications submitted for pre-assessment after this date will not be considered.

The 2nd Call for Applications will run from Monday 18 of February until and including Monday the 17 of March. The Call will be announced on the programme website.
