The Project Development Workshop on Sustainable and Competitive Communities will take place on January 28-29 2008 in Hamburg, Germany. Registration will open soon through this website.

Integration of social, economic and environmental challenges and opportunities is the main goal of the 4th Priority under the IVB Programme. In order to promote strong projects to come forward in this field we hereby invite interested parties to take part in a lunch to lunch workshop on this topic.

Participants will have the opportunity to take part in working groups addressing different aspects of the priority and to further discuss and develop potential project ideas.

A plenary session with presentations outlining the challenges and possibilities of the priority in the programme context, as well as financial and communications issues will open the seminar.

The venue is Le Hotel Meridien in Hamburg. A second hotel option will be available.
