In light of the recent Mini-Call for Publicity, the Secretariat will be inviting all successful applicants to a lunch-to-lunch Seminar in preparation for the implementation of the projects under the call. The dates for the seminar are 26-27 of March 2007.

We advice those who applied for projects under the Mini-Call to block these dates in their diaries and make preliminary travel arrangements. A written procedure is currently in circulation and the successful applicants will be notified no later than March 14.

The seminar will provide participants with useful information and practical advice on how best to implement the criteria of the call as well as workshops on communication and publicity. It will also provide participants with an opportunity to share ideas and work together to maximise the impact of the projects.

The venue will be Legoland Hotel in Billund, Denmark. We have made a preliminary hotel booking. Travel and accommodation are to be covered by the participants, but these costs are eligible under the individual projects.
