Newsletter 13 will be published in November in a new lay-out. This issue will cover the outcomes of Monitoring Committee meeting 10, the submission of the Operational Programme for the new structural funds period as well as an overview of upcoming events, among which Lead Partner Seminar 10 on 21-22 November in Lübeck, Germany.
