Meeting papers
The meeting papers will be available to download from the password-protected section of the programme website (the Monitoring Committee 'secret garden') from Tuesday 30 October*. If you have forgotten your password to the secret garden, please send an email to info@northsearegion.eu

If you would like to receive a printed set of meeting papers, please indicate this on the registration form. They will be sent week 44 when printing has finished.

Google map The meeting room is called 'Zaal Graanzolder' and is located on the first floor at the front of the building (floor plan). Coffee breaks will take place in the meeting area. Lunches will take place at the hotel's Antonia's Brasserie on the ground floor (which is also our location for dinner on Tuesday evening).
Accommodation
A block booking of 45 rooms has been made at Het Godshuis (see above for address details) until Wednesday 31 October. Room availability and price cannot be guaranteed for bookings made after this date. Price per single/twin room (single occupancy) per night is €125 (including breakfast). Transportation
Sint-Laureins is 30km north of Ghent (and just inside the border to the Netherlands). For those of you flying to Brussels/taking public transport, the host region has kindly arranged a shuttle service from Ghent's main railway station (Gent-Sint-Peters) to Het Godshuis hotel on Tuesday morning 20 November. Please refer to this handy guide of how to get to Gent-Sint-Peters railway station.
If you would like to take advantage of the shuttle service, please indicate this when you register for the meeting. (You will need to give an estimated time of arrival at Ghent's main train station, Gent-Sint-Peters, in the 'Requests/Comments' section when registering.)
