A workshop to prepare both regular and cluster project proposals took place on 13 January in Malmö, Sweden (less than 20 minutes from Kastrup Airport in Copenhagen by train). Also new project and cluster ideas were welcome to be discussed at the event.

The workshop provided participants with an opportunity to get advice regarding submitting a project for the Call for Applications opening on 14 February 2011. Information about documents and guidance relevant for the Call was also given at the event.

Individual meetings
It was possible to request individual project meetings with Secretariat staff and the contact points as well as to book time and space for internal project idea meetings.
These meetings had to be booked with the Secretariat beforehand using the below forms:
- Project Development Meeting - registration form
- Internal Project Idea Meeting - registration form
If you want to submit a proposal for pre-assessment to be considered at the event, please submit an online pre-assessment until 10 December. Late submissions (handed in by 10 January) can still be discussed at the event, however a written feedback by the time of the event cannot be guaranteed.
If you want to submit a project or cluster idea to be discussed at the event (without undergoing a pre-assessment) please use a project idea form and return it until 10 January or submit the idea online.
